How to Use ?

Start on Healed Skin: Ensure the wound is fully closed with no scabs or stitches remaining. Do not apply to broken skin.

Clean and Dry the Area: Gently wash the scar area with mild soap and water, then pat completely dry before application.

Apply a Thin Layer: Squeeze a small amount of cream onto your fingertip and gently massage a very thin, even layer over the entire scar.

Use Consistently: Apply twice daily, in the morning and evening. Allow the cream to dry completely before applying sunscreen, makeup, or clothing over the area.

Be Patient: Consistent use is essential. For new scars, we recommend a minimum duration of 8-12 weeks. For older scars, 3-6 months or more may be needed to see visible improvement.

FAQs

Will this cream completely remove or erase my scar?

No cosmetic product can make a scar completely disappear. Our Silicone Scar Cream is clinically inspired and designed to significantly improve the appearance of scars by making them softer, flatter, and less noticeable with consistent use. The goal is cosmetic improvement, not removal.

How does silicone cream actually work on scars?

Silicone forms a protective, flexible barrier over the scar. This breathable layer locks in moisture, creating an ideal hydrated environment. This helps to regulate factors involved in the scarring process, leading to a softer, flatter, and less discolored scar appearance over time.

When can I start using the cream after an injury or surgery?

You can begin using the cream as soon as your wound is fully closed and any stitches or scabs are gone. It is very important not to apply it to open wounds or broken skin to prevent irritation or infection.

How is a silicone cream different from silicone sheets?

Both use silicone as the key ingredient and are effective for scar care. A cream offers more convenience and flexibility, especially for scars on joints, visible areas like the face, or under clothing, as it is invisible once dry. The best choice often comes down to personal preference and the scar's location.

How long will it take to see an improvement in my scar?

The timeline for visible improvement depends on many factors, including the scar's age, size, and location. With consistent twice-daily use, some may feel a change in texture in a few weeks, but for optimal improvement in appearance, we recommend using it for at least 8-12 weeks for new scars and 3-6 months for older scars.
