1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in Hyderabad, Telangana, within 1-2 business days.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST (Monday–Saturday) are typically dispatched on the same day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be dispatched on the next business day.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our facility.
2. Shipping Rates & Coverage

Shipping Coverage: We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India.

Shipping Fee:

Free Shipping: All orders with a total value of ₹500 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Standard Fee: A flat shipping fee of ₹80 is applied to all orders below ₹500.

3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch.

Metro & Tier 1 Cities: Typically 2-5 business days.

Other Locations (Tier 2, Tier 3, and remote areas): Typically 4-7 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email and/or SMS. You can use the provided tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment in real-time on the courier partner's website.
5. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items
We take full responsibility for ensuring your order arrives safely.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Lost in Transit: If your order has not been delivered within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us. We will work with our courier partner to track down your package or arrange for a resolution.
