At Invoq, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to a transparent and fair process for all returns, refunds, and cancellations. This policy outlines the complete process for any products purchased from www.tryinvoq.com.

2. 14-DAY RETURN & EXCHANGE WINDOW

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return or an exchange.

3. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following strict conditions:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original, sealed condition.

  • All original packaging, including the box and any labels, must be intact.

  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (your order number is sufficient).

Important Hygiene Notice: Invoq is a personal care product. For the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on any item that has been opened, used, or has had its protective seal broken.

4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  1. Contact Us First: Email our customer support team at support@tryinvoq.com within the 14-day window.

  2. Provide Your Details: In your email, please include your order number and state whether you are requesting a return for a refund or an exchange.

  3. Receive Instructions: Once your request is approved based on the eligibility criteria, we will provide detailed instructions on how to send the item back to our facility.

Please Note: Items sent back to us without first obtaining an official return authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • For Standard Returns (e.g., if you changed your mind): You, the customer, are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • For Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, we will cover the full cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for the return.

6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us immediately at support@tryinvoq.com.

  • If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and process a full refund right away.

  • If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may return the item once you receive it, according to the terms of this policy.

7. REFUND & EXCHANGE PROCESSING

  • Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  • Exchanges: Once your return is received and approved for an exchange, your new item will be shipped out. Please allow up to 15 business days for the delivery of the exchanged product.

8. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us at support@tryinvoq.com within 7 days of delivery. You must include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
