Our 14-Day Return Policy
At tryinvoq.com, we aim for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you're not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when you received it. Please ensure you keep proof of purchase for reference.

Please note that returns must be approved in advance. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

Refunds

If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days. Please note that additional time may be required by your bank or credit card company to post the refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or there was an error with your order.
